Advantage Litigation – a division of the Advantage Companies – announces an expansion in their Minneapolis, MN office and is bringing Steve Overby on board as litigation support specialist technician. Mr. Overby brings experience with software such as Concordance and Encase as well as paralegal knowledge, document coding experience and more.
“Steve’s experience with document productions, technical and operation assistance and trial preparation will bring another aspect of technical expertise to Advantage Litigation,” said Jeffrey Kiley, COO for the Advantage Companies. “I’m excited to have him here to implement technical best practices, guide our clients to the right technology and products, and support our client’s cases.”

Steve is a Minnesota native, though he lived in Alaska for ten years. He holds a BS in Computer Science, a Computer Forensics certificate, and a Paralegal Certificate. He is married with children, and serves as a volunteer baseball and football coach for his son’s teams.
Advantage Litigation has supported more than 300 trials nationally. They have extensive experience with inData’s Trial Director Software, as well as Summation and CaseLogistix. They have partnered with industry leaders to provide tools such as iPro, Catalyst, Concordance, Relativity, the Clearwell E-Discovery platform and more. Mr. Overby will enhance Advantage Litigation’s ability to support traditional litigation support services with a strong focus on e-Discovery, when combined with the decades of trial consultation and courtroom experience of the rest of the Advantage Litigation team.
